Have fished the past few days and fishing is good. Still straight out, a little north and 125 to 200 ft. Later on even going out to about 400 ft. Meat rigs and attractors. Dark colors, black Walker deep divers and Kelly green. Moonshine lures are good right now, Carbon 14, Raz Carbon and fly puke. Ace Hi Silver hordes: green spatter and white glow with black latter back-double glow. Copper and lead core continue to be great. DW paddles: white with UV tape and Black with UV or slick tape. Tried the Big weenie Black moongoose attractor with KRW stike zone fly/meat rig it worked very good. Riverside and Witch doctor uv flys are also the ticket.

Downriggers, divers, lead core and copper. Water has warmed up and fish are higher early on then moving out a little deeper. Nice Salmon: 17 lb to 20 lb range in size.

Fishing is great in Manistee right now, lots of nice catches of salmon and good size fish!

Best depth is 200 to 300 ft and around the 13's.

65 to 75 for the downriggers and lead core 10 to 18 and copper 250 to 300 ft.

Silver Horde Ace HI green spackle and Moonshine Raz Carbon and green glow spoons.

Meat Rigs and Attractors have been the best by far.

Nice weather and wind has died down some.

Fishing has been very good this week, both day and evening trips.

As of today the fish have moved up and we don't have to fish as deep for them!

Straight out of Manistee, some guys going a little south and others staying north. But no big runs like the past few weeks!

75 to 200 feet and fish are coming on the downriggers 45 to 60 and 70 feet. Core is 10 colors and short copper wire.

Meat rigs and attractors are the ticket and also the UV Fly KRW Witch doctor. Also KRW Riverside and Aqua Gold Glow flys.

The black Moonshine: Carbon 14 and Raz Carbon and also Hot Lips!

Black and kelly green Walker Deep Divers and black lures with a variety of spots. But Meat is the way to go.
